Title: "This character belongs to someone else" (Same problem)

Hey guys,
I have the same problem like here: http://forum.meleegaming.com/crpg-technical-problems/this-character-belongs-to-someone-else-40319/

I have a new PC and I had to re-install all my games + warband and c-rpg.
I re-install warband on Steam with the same CD-key.
So I re-install it and draw up my character ingame again.I try to join a c-rpg server and I got directly kicked,reason:
This character belongs to someone else.
So I need help now to play with my main character.
I hope you can help me ;).

Enter vanilla M&B: warband once. It should fix the problem, certainly does for me.
