Title: Questions about upkeep

1) Does riding skill effect repair chance for horses?

2) Does shield skill effect repair chance for shields?

3) I have always assumed 30k total upkeep is the max you would want to wear to stay the same in gold or earn a little. Is this correct?

To answer 1)

No riding skill does not effect the upkeep rate

Closer to 22k would be better.   I might be wrong but I believe the max you can have and make money  with a 3x is 26k.  Depending on luck and WPF and archery and stuff like that

I think you should be able to make money as long as you stay below 40K, 30K is comfortable for me.

I don't think shield skill affects upkeep.
