From what I can see round ended during the ending period he killed you, new round started you called him retard..

Unless your offended for him saying KFC for thanksgiving...

For now Ill pass him a warning to stop Teamkilling at the End Phase of  the round

We usually don't punish TK's at the very end of a round the same as mid game TK's.  They effect your scoreboard, but don't show up on stats in your character page or affect the outcome of the round at all.

That said, I'll give a warning to Rick_Ross to not grief/TK people that aren't in your clan or your friends, some people don't appreciate it.  More complaints and warnings will turn to bans.  That is all!
