I assume the secondary mode would make it pierce? Like the English Bill...
I've often wondered why they don't just remove the bill and give the halberd the same stats on secondary mode
Oh wait, because unless it's a 1h to 2h, they nerf the fuck out of secondary modes

And change military hammers secondary to 2H!!!!
