Title: Security suite anti virus shit won't work

Formated the computer two days ago and wanted to install c-rpg again, but when i have downloaded all the files and it's supposed to start it claims it can't because some anti virus program or security suite. I've deactivated my antivirus program and i don't have a security suite (whatever the the fuck that is). Suggestions?
