Ok to simplify it out:
I'm robbing a caravan transporting about 60 crates of goods. What I need are capable mercs, I have basic equipment for all the tickets including a few superior arbalests. So hell yeah I'd welcome some dedicated xbowmen willing to do some killing.
Do not kill for me, kill for moneyz! My opponent was attacked off guard without any equipment, now he just got some basic one (not a surprise really because he is a carebear member so one of his dozens of carebear friends probably brought him some shitty diapers). Still there is a good chance to take his crates as well as all of his newly acquired equipment, while having a good battle.
In the case of victory, you can expect handsome payment (something inbetween 100g-300g i guess, if those crates are not full of rocks. last battle produced 110g for each while getting 6 crates only)

in previous battle there were like 15vs15 guys and it was good fun. hopefully even this one will fill up at least a little bit.

Complete disaster gentlemen! Their free peasant equip almost outclassed ours I was saving for the whole fucking week. I also was advertising like coca-cola only to get less mercs than the other team. Still... lesson is learned.
