Title: Fief agreement between Templars and Mercs

Templars gave away Jelbegi castle to Nords for N.A.P with the promise they would get Shenuzgda castle from Mercs.
Since we find Shenuzgda valuable for trade routes we are exhanging it with Ismirala castle for a tempoary period of time.

due to Templars getting a disputed castle we will be renegotiating the castle deal
