Title: Changing ownership

I am curious if this work ..i am in fief he is in fief he is in our faction but still he cant transfer fief into me ..fief is still white ..and he own it ..need help

Are you in the faction as well?

From what I understand, if you're in the same faction, and you both are in the same fief, he can transfer it to you and you immediately assume possession of the fief. Though last strat there were some rare instances where it didn't work properly, it definitely should this time around.
