Title: Can't change troop cap while under attack

I can't change the troop cap. I'm currently under attack. But I did still recruit while I was under attack. This doesn't make sense. Either lock both or none.

Only the troops you recruit in the first 6 hours count I believe towards battle reinforcement. Any troops recruited after the first 6 hours you can only use in any follow-up engagements. So your only talking about 6 more tickets max.

Might be more, if you get attacked again right after and don't change the limit in between. That would be 30 tickets already...

I have to bump, because its kinda unfair. I'm in the same situation again. My enemy does still recruit, while I can't because I reached my set limit and I can't change that limit while under attack.
