Title: I cannot see the Faction and Inventory pages

I didn't find any previous thread about this, yet.

In brief, I cannot access the Faction tab nor the Inventory tab on the Strategus webpage.
When I click on either tab, I only see an empty page.

I am recently subscribed and I have never accessed to these tabs before.
I have used IE, Firefox and Chrome, all of them produced the same result.

Can anyone give me insight on this issue?

Question 1: Are you in a faction?
Question 2: Do you have any items?

Both pages should be empty if you don't have any items and not in a faction.
