Both are pretty good hybrid lancer builds. I would forget about the xbow though

Yeh only split wpf in two different classes max or you are most likely going to be fucked ;). I don't recommend taking that crossbow wpf, not even a bit.

The second build has 6 crossbow because I had nothing better for it.

100 wpf doesn't mean you're actually using 100 wpf, unless you're completely naked or wearing armor without any weight. Otherwise the effective wpf gets knocked down, so you wanna have enough to cover whatever the weight of your armor is. To find that out you can look in the Game Mechanic Megathread stickied up here for the formula.
