Title: Make Strategus give lower quality peasant gear

It should all be -2, or if possible even worse, makes no sense to get better gear by not buying any gear.

The -2 peasant gear will only last a few weeks top. After that its back to masterworked mail, plate and greatswords ;)

So? You should still get better gear for buying the cheapest possible gear than for not buying anything, at least that's my opinion.
