a few patches ago the draw speedbonus was killed.

It's not just that. I have +2 Long Bow and it's accuracy is 100 in-game. c-rpg site says its 102 but when you look your bow's stats in-game it still 100. So the difference between +0 long bow and +3 long bow is just +3 cut damage.

No, the ingame accu is 102. Warband just can't display >100 ratings for accuracy I think. You can check that in the item_kinds1.txt in the CRPG module folder.

Kinda looks like someone may have got the missile speed and and draw speed confused.
