Power Strike: 10
Shield: 0
Athletics: 2
Riding: 0
Horse Archery: 0
Power Draw: 0
Power Throw: 10
Weapon Master: 2
One Handed: 1
Two Handed: 115
Polearm: 1
Archery: 1
Crossbow: 1
Throwing: 56

The other option is 1 throwing and 125 2h skill.  I'm also considering polearms
