Title: Can't manage roster on owned fief

I own Hanun. Hanun is being attacked. I can't manage the roster of the fief. Is there a point I'm missing or is this a bug?

I think you need to be at the fief to manage it.

I am inside the fief, you wouldn't be able to see the fief information in side view otherwise.

I tried making one but it was after the attack had already been announced. Couldn't edit it even then. Proper documentation would be nice, assuming having no faction is the case.

Works now, thanks. Seems that the fief has automatically bought some stuff and hired mercs. What's weird is that it has spent 14 gold (out of 4k) and got quite much equipment in return. Is this working right? Not that I'd complain though.
