I just found a maybe exploitable bug in the Towncenter.
This morning I accidently put 100 Camel Milk on the towncenter in Amashke for 20 gold each - I didn't even know what I was doing and forgot that. During the day I raised the good price to 24 gold per item. After I read what the towncenter is for, I bought the 100 Camel Milk back. When I bought them I lost only about 40 gold, but selling them gave me around 2300 gold!

Not exploitable as FF's don't regenerate as quickly for villages(so it's a waste). For citys you have none so it's hard to do until MUCH later in game. Only a castle can do it decently well at start.
Downside: you loose out on other things like weapons and shit.
