Can I ask n00b questions here?

I never played Strat before. When I go to

http://strategus.c-rpg.net/

This message shows on top of the screen:

"Strategus is currently in voting state until 17.09.2012 02:00 GMT - movement is allowed, and gold production is increased by *30 (30 ticks per conversion needed)"

The screen is black. No button, "map, info, weapons..." etc works.

What am I doing wrong? I'm logged in on my main on crpg.net.

EDIT:

Works in Chrome but not in IE.

I am kind of scratching my head as to how we go about crafting...or do we buy the goods now?

Also, kind of at a loss for how we gain troops. Waiting to see if that changes in 6 minutes.

Oh and I also want to know why we can't form Factions yet..

You can form factions, Chaos already started its faction.  You took our new HOME!!

I joined our Faction, was auto-accepted, but I can't leave it. We messed it up, and it wont show any details on the Faction Tab,.

Okay so here's my issue. We failed to create a faction before getting Fiefs, and created a faction after we obtained them, but the Fiefs haven't transferred to our ownership. What is this sorcery?
