Title: Clan Tag Adding Issue

Ok, so I successfully added DL to my name but it doesn't appear in the actual game.  In the game it still says my original character name(I_Archer), and when I joined a server I am back to level one and it gave me a new password to use.  I checked my character list and DL_Archer doesn't appear there.  What can I do to regain my character?

create a new character ingame with your actual name. delete the character with the old name on your page. if the name is changed while you're being online with the old name, it automactially creates a new character with the old name.

Or just edit the character without having to delete it.
