Did you check your provider details on their website?
You can normally find this details there.

IP you can find for example on main TS channel, the same port [default port is 9987], but you should know it if you setup TS server.
ServerQuery port, default and usually for TS3 is 10011.
I believe here you can find some useful information. http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page=faq (http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page=faq)

Well now i can see it, but is there a way to only our channel is on the screen?
You can look http://deserters.enjin.com/home (http://deserters.enjin.com/home) it could just be more nice if its only our channel we can see

TSViewer have never had the option to only show 1 specific channel. Someone once made a "hack" (that sucked) for it but TSViewer.com disabled the user who made it and banned his registration.
I do believe there are some scripts out there for it though, perhaps http://addons.teamspeak.com/directory/tools/web-based/TS3-Maxesstuff-Webviewer.html (http://addons.teamspeak.com/directory/tools/web-based/TS3-Maxesstuff-Webviewer.html) - it also advertises a module named 'channelhiding' :
TeamSpeak3 Webviewer Lite v1.2 available
Posted on 4. August 2012
The new version mainly introduces some new features like a black- or whitelist function which allows to exclude specific channels or include just some channels. Also two new styles were added to the package. Besides the configuration file was switched from XML to PHP which should make it easier to configurate the webviewer. The new version can be downloaded from the project’s page.

It is entirely possible to create ones own scripts too: http://docs.planetteamspeak.com/ts3/php/framework/ (http://docs.planetteamspeak.com/ts3/php/framework/)
