Title: Very annoying problem! Help please!

Right, I can't edit the terrain near the edge of my map.
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I think it may be because I re-did the terrain code, to make the map a bit bigger. But every time I edit that bit of terrain, after I restart it just goes back. Please help, it's proper annoying.  :mad:

tou could edit the outer terrain. Make it "Outer-sea-1" or what ever its called... That one makes one side all water.

You dont get me, thats not the outer terrain. Thats an actuall bit of the map, which I can edit, but then it goes back default after I save and reload the map.

When you edited the terrain code did you just change the dimensions and not give it a clean start?

I had a similar problem. To fix it I had to re-generate the terrain code. Fiddle with the sliders a little and it should let you edit it again.
