Title: kazakh outfit, boots and hat

hey evrybdy.
wanna pay an attention on kazakh line of light armour represented in c-rpg.
i kazakh myself and i appreciate that developers included kazakh items in this game.
but there are moments that have to be fixed.

example for kazakh outfit and hat certainly are taken from here

but the fact is that this is the only example when i have ever seen such kazakh outfit (and hat). may be it is a kind of local style smwhere in kazakhstan, actully it appers more like kyrgyz, whatever.

generally kazakh outfit is the same with nomad robe. and what about gala (full or rich) (generally the best a simple nomad could have) outfit, it should appear like this:

but these are not for war. war outfit (light archer's armour) for kazakh shoul look like this:

with a long jacket up to knees. the hat here is a perfect example of kazakh archers hat. here are some others:

pay attention on boots at the last image. this is how kazakh boots should look like.

and the last suggestion is to make heavy kazakh armour. heavily armed elite kazakh warrior looked kinda:

kazakh traditional clothes are mostly red or dark blue with gold or white ornament. the same for cloth pieces of the armor. and no sun and eagle from the flag as it is on present model

All good and well but it's easier said then done, no offence though, i think everyone would love to see more variations of armors!  :)

I am from Kazahstan too. And kazah armor in crpg with Kazahstan flag on it is a joke  ) like fucking film "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" ) Just remove it from the game  :D

I like this armor, and i see no alternative models in your post.

+ the mike tyson's outfit seems a bit modern no? :)

It's interesting to know where the models aren't accurate, however, the developers can only work with the best they have available. Personally I think that the Kazakh outfit is one of the best looking armours in the mod. I can forgive it for not being completely accurate. That being said, there are already armours which would be comparable to some of the pictures you posted, such as:

i agree with this part of your post. but i cant use kazakh armour, which is not kazakh essentually, and being kazakh myself i want to use kazakh armour as it is represented here, but it should look like kazakh. i already wear tribal warrior oufit and fur hat and it looks like kazakh. then what is the point of kazakh armour if it is not kazakh, moreover other armours appear more "kazakhish".
ofrse developers have many other much more important issues to solve, but it would be good if they included this one in their list

horse from here would be a great new model.
we have now either full plated or nonarmoured (naked :)) horses. i fact full armoured horses were very rare as heavy war horses at least had some armour.

so this one would be a great link between:

So really what you want is to rename the Kazakh items to something else? Like "Eastern Tunic" or something?

I do too, but since there isn't any more in the pipeline at the moment, we have to make do.

Also yes, there's no point changing the model when you can just change the name of the model.

Upon a quick google search, the "kazakh outfit" that is in cRPG appears to be a traditional kazakh hunter outfit.
