Title: Weapon weight?

What does weapon weight do really? I know it has a bit to do with crushthrough chance on blocks, but thats about it.

The longsword is 1.8 weight, and the heavy bastard is 2.0.  Only other difference is 1 more range on longsword.

Yet the longsword costs 1k more.  Is the range wortht that much or will the lesser weight give some advantage?

I find it weird because the weapons are nearly identical.

Higher weapon weight:

pro->
-eventually causing a long stun for a blocking defender with an attack
-preventing long stuns when blocking
-higher knockdown chance

contra->
-slower walking speed

does weight help prevent glances or not? heard different answers

If your character is fat then enemies will glance more often on you. :mrgreen:
