Title: Renamed my character and cant axcess him

i renamed my character to include a clan tag but now i have two characters, one with my new clan tag and one with out it. when i get into the game though i can only get the old one that has been down graded to a lvl 3 or something, with none of my items. i dont know how to fix it can some one help?

You must also change the char's name ingame. By the rename (as you were online during the name change), you automatically created a new character with the old name. Your character still exists but with the new name, clan tag included. You only have to create him.
