Title: Setting custom clan rank privileges

Would it be possible to give the Rank 10s in a clan the ability to SET the privileges of each rank?
So rank 3 can do such and such, rank 6 can do such and such, etc etc....rather than using the predefined rank privileges?

As long as it wouldn't kill Harald ;)

Ain't necessary at all, not like you can't just tell your clanmembers what they can/can't do and then kick them if they do something you dislike.

I would like to see other features first but I guess it wont hurt anyone íf it was implemented. :)
