As an extra thanks to all of you that have pre-ordered, we are also giving you a _free copy of NS2_! This gift copy will arrive on Steam soon and you will be able to give it to any friend you want to play with.

So it looks like I'll have an extra copy of when it launches. Anyone want to trade for it? I've played the beta and it's great fun.

Exactly. The ones you have playable in your own library can't be traded.

Too bad Steam doesn't support reselling used digital property yet (the kickass EU law!)

I doubt they ever will, it's a huge part of their business model. It's also why many retail games launch with steam link-up required on the boxed copy, it's just another form of DRM.

Can I trade steam games I never ever downloaded ? I got quite a lot of those since I bought a paradox pack during a summer sale and I haven't tried them all yet.
