Title: Game locks up/freezes in certain areas

Not exactly visible in video (since its recorded at 30FPS), but the game actually flickers between 2 frames, rather than being stuck in one. This happens in a few other places as well in other maps, does not happen in normal client.

It seems to happen only if sun flare is disabled (graphics options). Can you confirm?
