Title: I don't know what this means

Trying to download the latest version of Crpg through the newest launcher (7.7) But it is giving me the following error message within the log:

[15:01:02] Downloading version info
[15:01:02] Updating (v2.8.9.14)
[15:01:02] Downloading mirror list
[15:01:02] Downloading file list
[15:01:03] Using mirror download4.c-rpg.net
[15:01:03] Downloading mirror version info
[15:01:04] Unable to connect to the remote server
[15:01:04] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 178.63.27.21:80
[15:01:05] Update failed


Could anyone tell me what this means and a possible solution?

I've seen that before when their servers were down, or they were releasing a new update.

The server is definitely down. Just wait.
