I'm calling bullshit. 

Everyone has the same chances for repairs.  For most equipment you have a 4% chance of repair on every item you spawn with, every time you get an XP/Gold tick.  If you get a repair it will be 7% of the total cost of the item. 

Arrows and bolts have more than a 4% chance of repairs every tick.  Melee weapons can lower the chance of repairs.  Your highest melee WPF (say you have polearms at 150) will lower the 4% chance on ANY melee weapon (not just polearms if you have that WPF). 

I also believe that winning the round will lower your chance of repairs for that round. 

People bitch about repairs all the time, but I don't think your game is broken, I believe you are getting hit with repairs the same as everyone else.
