did you ask him why?
the picture doesn't show you actually fighting him.
it is possible maybe he qml'ed someone else but it hit you cause he was spectator or dead?

on top of that you disabled it losing him a multi.

It was on siege and he didnt write anything like "sry for qml" he just did it

If it was an accident like he was trying to qml someone at spawn while pinned behind them in spec it doesn't tell you at any point in time who you qml'ed. You don't even know if you qml'ed anyone at all. Then when you get qml'ed you hit m and all it tells him is "he was active after all, you lose a multiplier"

I am not defending his actions at all and tell you that you are wrong but it's hard to tell what his exact intent was through that screen shot.
