How about you can press V on someone while spectating them to see their character menu, the "c" menu.
-
I would dislike this feature, takes some of the "fun" mystery away as you can do this right before meeting an opponent and evaluate accordingly, instead of observing or sparring.
-
I would support this but only if I can set up a separate menu just for people who look at my stats.

Maybe simply ask if you want to know the builds? People shouldn't ever be forced to share their stats. Most do have standard builds anyway.

Not that I want to learn them, like when you die from them maybe you want to see how much Power strike/draw they have.

Ask the next round? I don't think something complicated like this is needed then. :p

the thing is, some people are overly caring about their special build and dont want to share

Let them, it can't be anything great. It's probably one of the solid builds with a small change and they feel special about it.

Even though I understand the value of mystery, lack of information brings many negative things, especially if we want to improve game balance or help new players get into the mod faster.

It would be nice, but if people don't want to share their skills/stats with you, that should be their preference. Just ask and most of the time they will tell you. Or after observing some, you should be able to get an idea what kind of stats they have (especially attributes).
-
I don't mind sharing my build with people but i get annoyed with people constantly asking what it is so this would eliminate that

Simply make a checkbox on the site that says:
Show stats in game
Turned on by default with the option to uncheck if you wanna be hiding them awesome stats.
-
It seems people have come to a consensus.
Not sure if trolling or just don't want to have their bad builds displayed.
