Title: type of armor/dmg/+weapon lenght %

as in the topic who can tell me how big difference is between hiting head or legs
and how much  longer blades became in those 4 directions of attack
i ve seen that in this forum but  i cant find it
or maybe it's no longer like that?
(i know that my english sucks)
