What do you think about pay repairs JUST in second you die... too many pple disco when they die to avoid repairs... good idea ?

Disconnecting does not get around repairs so no, bad idea.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Someone can stack up on armor, die fast, then relog in order to avoid a drawn out round increasing the chance of armor breaking.

Repairs are calculated on round end, depending on it's length and outcome, this isn't even possible.

There's a chance every tick that an item breaks, even if you're dead. So it has to be at the end of the round.
