This wang was for 2 maps in a row, following me (and 9Finger) around slashing us repeatedly, I kept pressing M and he got kicked.  He teamkilled me on the second map. I got screenshots of this.  You can see him in the second screenshot completely ignoring the enemy going for me.

I'm typically not a bitch about trolls but this was simply ridiculous.  I'd like to request he be banned.  Thanks.
