Forlorn goatlove2 selling me loompoint 200k ive paid him 175k 4 days agio only neeed 40k xp should be done by now, ive messaged him whats going on about our deal no answer, comes on steam sends him a message goes offline, so hes conned me out of my money as far as im aware and wont answer any messages ive sent how will i go about getting my money back from this noob whos deals arent what he says they are>???
so annoid baout this its unreal, plz help

basically ive payed this guy 175k for a heirloom point and i only have to pay 25k more, and now hes avoiding my messages on steam and c-rpg website and everytime he comes online on steam and i send him a message he immidiately goes offline like he running or hiding from me, so hes conned me!!

He certainly has indeed....why didn't you just wait until you had the 200k and exchange for the loom point?
Also, you should have known it was a scam because the lowest loom points on the marketplace sell for higher than 400k gold.

I feel left out. No African royalty has ever tried to give me money. :cry:
Though I did get contacted at one point by a kindly soul telling me my long lost relative, Ming Xaoh Do, had died and left me his fortune, and I only had to give them my bank account information to receive it.

In the future, just buy stuff through the marketplace interface....it does the transaction for both parties so there is no shiftyness. Of course that means you need to phyisically HAVE the money that the item or whatever is being posted for.
Also, is your keyboard missing letters or something?

I go to local newspaper sites and argue with people on their comments. I go to fark.com (guessing that's prob blocked for you) and spend lots of time there. Cracked.com. Gizmodo, Gawker, etc.
On the old caleague.com forums I was a much bigger forum whore than here, my forum whoring days have dwindled a lot, but I still post in a lot of threads on these forums due to down time at work.

Anyway, I find it also funny that its a guy who tried to take advantage of what he assumed was a newbie, by taking his loom for half of what its worth, and didn't follow any basic precaution..just hands over 175k on some random strangers word. Scammer should still get a new perma though assuming its the same guy since the original was supposed to be a permaban for using hacks, not Extensive use, rebuy Warband on next Steam Sale

An easy way to not get scammed: If something seems to good to be true, chances are they are trying to scam you. On top of that you used a method outside of the marketplace with a random guy. Not a smart move.

Shesh give the guy a break. He made a deal with someone to get a loompoint for 200k. He didn't have ALL of it, so I payed in installments(175k plus 25k later) As much as it's fishy, There are multiple guys in our clan who would do deals like that. Give either the money, or the loompoint first and get the other later. By doing it that way, both sides got a better deal(considering there was a wait time).
Also, he did have to use the marketplace to give him the 175k. just the final part was axed by this, douche.
Assuming he's Polish by the fact he has [grey] in the steam name. Hence his less than perfect english.

no im not polish lol i am fully english, and my problem has been sorted with great thanks to meow has banned the idiot for scamming me and 5 other people and is helping me out with other things so problem solved, so thanks to everyone who helped and not typed useless comments, that dont mean anything to the subject mattter, and hope i can be soe good assistance if you need it someday ty :)
