I had masterwork nodachi now I've only got balanced after I retired at 15 due to wrong spec. What has happened?

eh? what has the one to do with the other? the heirloom theft was in january and it didnt degrate items.

If its true what u are saying I'd suggest you try contacting one of the admins at this IRC-thingie. retiring without bonus shouldnt make you loose/downgrade heirlooms..
