Title: What are you doing in real life?

I'm just interested what people do. School, job, nothing... whatever.

I'll start with my job: Technical engineer, repairing stuff and getting dirty.

Finished school, currently regularly employed as a business software dev (business intelligence, information systems etc)

I buy stuff at low prices, then find somebody that really needs it but can't access it for various reasons and sell it to them. In the mean time, I pay for their storage and transportation to the correct place.

Final year in University studying computing, like most people here it seems I work with computers as well! What a surprise!

Otherwise for work I work in an Aquatics shop selling fish and reptiles. I also work behind a bar and program the odd piece of software for customers.

Working as a programmer, struggling with some debts (because some fucker cheated me out of a bit of cash), thinking of finishing CS studies at uni when i get to it, getting wasted and lazy in the meantime.

Starting my fourth years of CS studies, I have chosen the AI section so I'll be designed Skynet or something. Or maybe I'll develop the first sensible game AI.

My life in the last three years has been 60% videogames, 55% of working/studying for the uni, and 10% of all the rest.

I'm an awesome student in science!(because of strange Quebec education i'm not in university but in a strange thing called cegep (centre d'éducation générale et professionnelle) but let's say it's like university)

as a sidejob I'm a lifeguard in summer and a swimming teacher all the other season!

Systems/Network admin/engineer.  The terms are used interchangeably between companies, but basically I'm a Windows Server Administrator and all that encompasses (anti-virus, windows updates, active directory, group policy, Exchange, spam filters, resource monitoring, etc).

Funny question. They already have trouble hosting them, I can't imagine what will happen then. Perhaps they'll be up but we'll all have 9999999999 ping... who knows.
