Title: No "New Topic"-Button at "Unban essay"-Board

Hey guys!  :mrgreen:

I tried to write an Unban Essay, but i can't start a new Topic on this board, because the "New Poll" and the "New topic"- Buttons were gone. :evil:
As you see i can make a new Topic on this Board.  :shock:

How to fix it?

Write your essay and post in whichever section you were banned on (na / Eu) and the forum moderators will move it to the essay section.
