Title: unable to QMP

My mate who has just started is having trouble to acccuire a new password, therefore he cannot sign in on the webite, to open up the menu he has to press A and i cannot help him, anny suggestions?

we managed to work around the problem, after 5 characters we just used skype and i made the account for him  :lol:
