TKed my alt on purpose, after I was moshing with another guy.
They then polled for a ban which passed. Reason: Troll. This is ridiculous.

If by moshing you meant trolling, and by Reason: troll you wanted to write: Reason: (I was a) troll, then I don't see where's the problem here? :lol:
I know Heskey wouldn't tk you if you didn't teamhit or trolled first, and ban was probably for you being useless in Defending the Virgin. :?

First of all, there is no player like "Stromgarde_Heskytime".... (look at the title)
Why didn't you tell the whole story? That "another player" was me. I was in a 1vs1 situation with enemy and i won, but then Mcmy old friendget threw an axe in me. I reported him. After that, he was punching me all the time. Because of that i couldn't attack anyone if i didn't want to hurt him. So i hit him once, but he didn't stop so i killed him. There was even a poll against me, started by Mcmy old friendget, but it was less than 50%. When we spawn at next round, he was still punching me. That's why few players started to kicking him, and one of them eventually kill him.
Reason to poll was that you were a troll and you were quite useless.
Sorry for my bad english :( I didn't use it for a long time now and i'm not as good as I should be.

Hmm... Alright, I won't ban anyone, I will merely say that your "moshing" was rather ill-advised.
I think "Hesky" understands what he should do in the future, doesn't seem like I need to persue that.
Chimy, stop the trolling and you'll be fine.
Hesky & Beren, I assume you understand what to do if there is a next time instead of teamwounding.
