I made character a clan, just for myself and my friend, but when I select "Use clan banner" it just uses the teams banner. I have a non-exclusive banner selected.
My main is on a another clan, he can use the clan banner fine.
What did I do wrong?

Maybe someone has that banner your using already? I think the ones they auction in the market are some of the standard ones that you can change? Perhaps that is the problem.

What's wrong with that? Clans can't have a native banner and then use the "Select clan banner" option?

"Use clan banner" is just for the exclusive banners i believe. So just agree on a banner with your friend and select that as your banner

Did you buy a exclusive banner slot or not?
No.
If I can't use my "clans" banner, why can I select one? I chose one from the list, I did not make one, or buy a slot.
Oh well, it's not a big deal, but sometimes it'd be nice to use it.

Well, as you see, you can´t select it. It then gives you the team banner - you need a exclusive banner.
So the native banners are "taken"?
Because I sure do see my clan having a "banner" on the website. This is confusing.. Oh well, doesn't really matter, it's a native banner after all. The website just should make things less difficult to understand.

The native banners aren't taken, they are just public, so just select them from the list. "Use Clan Banner" is explicitly for exclusive banners.

Oh. No-one ever told me this, so that's why I was confused..
