Title: Crashed on duel server

O hai.

Just had the game freeze on duel server, after i lost a duel and wanted to view game rules (Fast/Fastest combat speed? O_o)

The freeze produced neither a crash log nor a dump.

-edit, this happens every time as far as i can tell, when you try to view game rules, don't know if this applies outside of EU3, yet.

Same, but it crashes after a while. Gonna see what causes it.

Fixed in 20.08.21. If it happens again, open a new thread.
