Title: 1h/Throwing Cav Build?

Anyone have recommendations on what to do for a 1h/Thrower Cav build as far as points? I'm aiming to use "Norman" like gear as well. Nordic Sword, Norman Shield, Javs and/or Throwing Axes. Thanks.
