Yesterday it looks like chimy727 posted for a ban request for me because of team killing after admitting that he started hitting me first (not with his fists I might add and it seemed out of the blue) and I retaliated by returning the favor with my weapon, meaning I didn't want to be screwed with. I do know it is against the rules to retaliate but I simply don't understand why he was given a warning when he clearly said he hit me on purpose then I was the one banned? It really isn't a big deal that the ban is only a day but I really just wanted to point it seemed unfair punishment.

To add he DID do enough damage to hurt me, so it couldn't have been just his fists as he said, check the logs for when I M'd him several times (maybe 3)*
