Title: End of round - Rageball

In the gamemod Rageball its very unrealistic that the enemy team, and your team both cheers after a goal.. It would be better if the enemy team would not do anything at all when a player makes a goal.

Also, the team that scored should not cheer such a long time, it gives the enemy a chance to attack you when you are not able to block.

Fixed that some time ago. Maybe with the patch today it goes live.
