Title: Ban turbo_massage

I have made some pictures when turbo_massage killed me without a reson.
And then I asked him why he done this but he didn't replied.

Your screenshots only show a teamkill, it wasn't at the start of the round so it's definetly not a spawn teamkill. Unless you provide more evidence it is impossible to determine whether it was intentional or not.
