I joined DTV and noticed that nether had a shield and no weapon, and i told him this and he kind of raged and tried to poll kick me off, So the main reason i want him banned, is leeching and poll abusing

A single rage poll that didn't even take isn't much of a reason, but if the player continues to leech or ban poll you, please post again and I'll change the verdict! :)
