This guy just TK me with no reason today on EU CRPG 1 server
 
After i killed an enemy that i guess " he willed to kill" he took his throwing lances and tk me

When i asked him for sorry he did not reply

You screenshot only shows a teamkill, unless you have more evidence it is impossible to determine whether it was intentional or not.
