We had and we have some kind of problem with that, its simply because long weapon with small rotation angle :twisted: still travel long way on the end with uber high speed( pike) .
My suggestion is simple,
make rotation speed depend on weapon length and weight( like in rl)
I am not sure if it possible but that can be really big step froward in that game.

I think I read the problem is that length is not equal with length, so GS with shorter length on paper would get higher turnspeed than Polearms. We would need new values for every single weapon then.

yea handling matter here,
i think then effective attack range should solve that problem

Or make it depending on weapon type. All weapons of the same type have the same animations so it would make sense to have a different rate for each

Angle
Slash
and stuff like that.
Its terribly annoying to read the OP...
I at least never heard something about getting stabbed by angels :lol: .
