On the website on the character page there are buttons in the headline "Stats". Click on them to convert points (2 skill -> 1 attr or 1 attr -> 2 skill). You need free points ofc.

On there :D Mine isn't there as I don't have enough points to convert. This may be your case too if you can't see it.
