Title: Add Current Strat Map Scoreboard to Battle Page

It would be nice to have a scoreboard for the current NA and EU battle going on at that moment that can be viewed by anyone on the Strat page.

You could go watch it in person so it's not secret information.

Because of the dozens of reasons you might not have the ability to do so. Like when you're at work, or can only check on a smartphone (eg traveling), or maybe you're just in a regular cRPG match playing with friends at that particular moment and don't want to leave and lose a multiplier.
